an athlete for most of my life, even when I was a child,
so my site as you will come to learn is very diverse
and textured. I have experienced competition first hand
in Fitness, Sport Aerobics, Dance, Bodybuilding, as
well as Bike Racing.

June 2006, I entered a new and exciting adventure which
has been my dream for many years. I have opened my own
new Fitness Center located at 45 Eureka Street in Pasadena.
