The West Coast's Premier Fitness Seminar.

2005 got off to a fantastic start with our California Fitness Camp at Equinox Fitness Club in Pasadena. Our enthusiastic participants gained a lot of insight into the tools and techniques necessary to compete and win in Fitness and Sport Aerobic competitions. Some of California's finest professional athletes, choreographers, gymnastic coaches and stylists were our camp counselors. They spent the day instructing our competitors on improving flexibility and power, creating a dynamic stage presence, how to build muscle but confidence, the importance of nutrition and injury prevention, and the fun and drama of choreography.

When the day was over, our participants had a great time and got a great education and workout, too. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Fitness America and Equinox for their continued support in my program and their encouragement of aspiring professional athletes.

Sign up now for our next California Fitness Camp. We are now looking forward to our next California Fitness Camp again at Equinox in Pasadena On Saturday, September 17th, 2005. This one promises to be even more exciting and rewarding than the last. I'm lining up world-class professionals to assist me who are jazzed about passing on their knowledge and expertise to the next generation of competitors.
